So finally here it is!
It's been quite hard to get to this point, but I've been pushing to have this done asap not inly because I was eager to introduce you a new Creamie, but also because my fellow deviant Gigatless was expecting his piece of artwork, as he was the winner of my 50k Giveaway.
Borscht is a soup with beetroot as the star of the plate, the origins of this recipe are Ukrainian and both a hot and a cold version can be found. Considering this is all about ice-creams, the cold version seemed obviously the only to follow.
The cooked, pinky-reddish stuff it's here served cold with a load of sour cream and garnished with herbs.
The proposed flavour included black bread; to apply this onto a nice dessert I turned that into a black and crunchy wafer.
I have to say, never ever I had heard of this recipe before, it's seemed exotic for me and woke up my curiosity, and then I found that beetroot ice creams do really exist...
Also the color theme kind of matches Pantone's selected color of the year 2015, marsala, and for some reason it all made sense.
So yeah!
